Winchester-Vision-2030-Part-3

The Winchester Vision was co-written with people from the city, using a process led approach to define the key issues and establish a set of themes. Working groups were then set up to produce in-depth research and synthesise what was learned into a ten year vision.

The vision has been adopted by Winchester Council.
